This two-volume collection includes the following translated games (volume number in parentheses):

(*) "Translated" in the sense that it is now playable in English. It is a port of Fatal Labyrinth for the Genesis, which is a dual-language game.
There are numerous other small games on each disc, none of which have been translated nor are there any plans to do so.
All the best games are in the second volume, with Kinds being the greatest of them all.
These translation patches are 100% complete but release has been deferred
until the SegaNet versions have been out for a while so that any textual
errors in those editions can be fixed for the MegaCD release.
Why would I want to play these games instead of or in addition to the SegaNet versions?

For what it's worth, I consider the MegaCD editions to be the definitive versions, although there are some cases where I still prefer the SegaNet games.
